Kobz & Co. is a real estate investment firm that specializes in home foreclosures. The directive was to create an identity that emphasized classic Americana and took the focus away from the stigma commonly associated with foreclosures. Classic typography and a stylized picket fence graphic were used to give Kobz & Co. the professional image they were looking for.
